About Us
Centre for Enterprise Learning
(CEL) is a Ghanaian foundation (non-profit organization) and NGO established on the 27th of May 2019. It was set up by MDF West Africa as its corporate social responsibility entity.
CEL will develop and execute a wide selection of programs in the areas of:

About Us
The initial resources and assignments for CEL have been donated by MDF West Africa, to enable the organization to have a good start of implementing its mandate.
CEL currently has 4 staff members, and is supported in their activities by the MDF West Africa staff.
CEL operates from the office of MDF West Africa at 124 Freetown Avenue in East Legon, as well as the Ghana Innovation Hub at the Accra Digital Centre – Adjacent State Housing Company /Ring Road West, Accra.
